For 40×60 to 50×75 cm prints, or small framed prints. Price: €10
📦 UPS Standard (secure handling)
For large formats (≥ 60×90 cm) and premium framed prints. Price: €18
🤝 Local Pickup – Free
Available around Aix-en-Provence / Marseille upon request. Price: €0

Shipping is free for orders over €190
Delivery Times
Print production: 7 to 15 business days
Shipping: 48 to 72 hours depending on the carrier.
Delays may vary depending on the period or print size.
Packaging
Prints are protected with appropriate packing:
Rigid tube for large formats
Reinforced cardboard for formats ≤ 30×45
Moisture protection and reinforced corners
“Do Not Bend – Artwork” label
“Fine Art Print – Handle with care”
Each order is checked before shipment.

Claims & Damaged Parcels
If a print or parcel arrives damaged:
Keep the packaging
Take photos of the parcel and print
Contact me within 48 hours: hello@fabiencourtitarat.com
A solution will be offered: replacement or refund depending on the case.
Returns
Since prints are made to order, they are not eligible for return or exchange (French Consumer Code, article L221-28).
Exceptions include:
confirmed defect
printing error
damage upon reception
