Working with nature rather than against it.

Between Santa Cruz and Monterey, on the central coast of California, I met Joe Morris.
For more than twenty-five years, he has practiced holistic management of his pastures: planned farming, respectful of the soil and natural cycles, to produce 100% grass-fed meat.
His approach combines agricultural know-how and ecological thinking: restoring the land while making a living from his profession.

This report, filmed on his ranch, documents another way of working the land — slower, more conscious, more sustainable.
